The Woods Award is given to select entrepreneurial students in the venture development process while students at Penn. It is intended to financially support entrepreneurs who have been members of the Venture Initiation Program and are winners of the Snider Seed Award in the current academic year. This award is not made as a financial investment in the company and no equity position will be taken. Rather, the Woods Award is an educational investment in you, the entrepreneur. The selection committee felt that your work best embodies the intention of the Woods Award, which is to recognize the Snider Seed Award winner who is able to demonstrate the most substantial growth and significant progress on his or her venture.
